It was one of the most memorable experiences of the Harry Potter fandom. It made us cry, tears of joy and tears of sadness because we knew it was all coming to an end. May the magic continue to live on.

The signature colors that costume designer Jany Temime chose for Ron, Hermione, and Harry in Prisoner of Azkaban have stayed with them for the duration of the series. The trio’s final costumes in Deathly Hallows - Part 2 are noticeably similar.

Albus Dumbledore duels with Lord Voldemort, whose return is on this day publicly admitted by the Ministry of Magic. Fawkes the Phoenix has a Burning Day.
